We have the "Chicken Broth Half Hot Pot" course with its excellent soup, the "Chicken Motsu Sukiyaki Hot Pot" course where you can enjoy fresh chicken offal, the "Fried Young Chicken Half" course with our signature chicken dishes as the main dish, and the "All Chicken" course. Otaru's specialty, "Deep-fried young chicken halves," is a traditional dish that has been around for over 70 years! Each domestic young chicken is carefully seasoned and deep-fried at high temperature.
